To get the most meaningful results:

- Choose responses that reflect your actual behavior, not how you hope you would behave
- Consider how you typically act rather than how you act in extreme situations
- Complete the assessment in one sitting in a quiet environment for more accurate results (though, while not ideal, you can save your progress and return later)
